Child Safety Policy
Zero Tolerance Policy
VibeDating has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). Any user found violating this policy will be permanently banned immediately, all content will be removed, and the incident will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement authorities.
1. Preventing Minors from Using VibeDating
VibeDating is an adults-only platform. We implement multiple measures to prevent minors from accessing our service:
- Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18 years or older during registration. Date of birth is required and verified against the minimum age requirement.
- Terms of Service: Users must accept our Terms of Service, which explicitly state the platform is for adults 18 and over only.
- Profile Review: Our moderation team reviews profiles and may request additional verification if a user appears to be underage.
- Community Reporting: Users can report profiles that appear to belong to minors, triggering immediate review.
- Immediate Removal: Any account confirmed or suspected to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and permanently deleted.
2. Detection and Removal of Harmful Content
We rely on our community and moderation team to detect and remove child exploitation content:
In-App Reporting
- Easy-to-use reporting system accessible on every profile, message, and post
- Specific report categories for "Underage User" and "Child Safety Concern"
- Reports can include details and context to help our team investigate
Moderation Response
- Child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours
- Confirmed CSAM is immediately removed and reported to NCMEC
- Accounts confirmed or suspected to belong to minors are immediately suspended
- Users who post CSAM are permanently banned with no appeal
Content Removal Timeline
- CSAM/CSAE content: Removed immediately upon confirmation, reported to NCMEC
- Suspected underage users: Account suspended within 24 hours of report
- Grooming behavior: Reviewed and actioned within 24-48 hours
3. Moderation and Report Handling
Our moderation process ensures all child safety concerns are handled with urgency:

Priority Triage
Child safety reports are automatically escalated to priority queue for immediate review.
Investigation
Trained moderators review the report, user history, and all associated content within 24 hours.
Action Taken
Content is removed, user is banned, and evidence is preserved for law enforcement if applicable.
Law Enforcement Escalation
All confirmed CSAM/CSAE is reported to NCMEC and local law enforcement as required by law.
Enforcement Actions
- Immediate permanent ban for any CSAM/CSAE violations
- No appeals for child safety violations
- Evidence preservation for law enforcement cooperation
- IP and device blocking to prevent account recreation
4. How to Report Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:

- Select "Report"
- Choose "Underage User" or "Child Safety Concern" as the reason
- Provide any additional details

Response time: Within 24 hours for all reports.

- Username or profile link of the concerning account
